Every burn is an opportunity to slow down. These simple care steps will help you get the most from your candle and extend the life of every ritual.

• Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn. This keeps the flame steady and prevents smoking or excessive flickering.
• Allow your first burn to last 3 to 4 hours so the wax reaches a full melt pool across the surface. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of your candle.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and away from anything flammable.
• Always stop burning when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.

Mushrooming happens when carbon accumulates on the tip of the wick, often from burning a candle for an extended period or when the wick is not trimmed regularly. Simply allow the candle to cool completely, then trim the darkened cap from the wick before your next burn. A clean, trimmed wick makes all the difference.

A few mists are all it takes to transform a room. These simple tips will help you get the most from your spray and protect your surfaces and linens.

• Shake gently before each use to ensure the fragrance is evenly blended.
• Hold the bottle 6 to 8 inches away from linens, fabric, or the air and mist lightly. Less is more with a well-crafted fragrance.
• Test on a small, inconspicuous area before spraying on delicate fabrics or upholstery, as oils can occasionally affect certain materials.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve the integrity of the fragrance.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Reed diffusers offer a continuous, flame-free fragrance experience. A little attention goes a long way in keeping your space beautifully scented.

• Each diffuser comes with 8 reed sticks. Begin by placing all 8 reeds into the vessel for the fullest scent experience, or start with fewer for something more subtle and add more as desired.
• Flip the reeds every 1 to 2 weeks to refresh the scent. Flip more often in larger spaces and less frequently in smaller rooms.
• Place your diffuser in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and air vents. Airflow helps the fragrance travel through the room naturally.
• Always place the diffuser on a protected surface, as the fragrance oil can damage wood, lacquered finishes, and certain fabrics if spilled.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• 1Remove the wooden lid and plastic stopper, then tighten the wooden lid back onto the bottle.
• 2Tip the bottle upside down for 2 to 3 seconds so the fragrance is absorbed into the wooden lid.
• 3Replace the plastic stopper onto the diffuser to prevent leaks, then secure the fragrance-infused wooden lid back on top.
• 4Hang the diffuser from your rearview mirror, ensuring it does not obstruct your view of the road.

• Always keep the diffuser hung or standing upright on a flat surface to prevent oil from leaking.
• Keep away from children and pets, and away from fabrics or surfaces that may be affected by fragrance oil.
• If any oil spills, wipe away immediately with a clean cloth to protect surfaces.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during peak seasons or holiday periods.

Yes. Enjoy complimentary shipping on every order of $75 or more, shipped within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Because coconut wax is sensitive to heat, orders containing wax products shipped between June and September are sent Monday through Wednesday only. This protects your candles from sitting in transit over a warm weekend.
