We thoroughly examine and carefully package all our products before sending them out.
Our return policy allows for exchanges or refunds within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, please note that used candles cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature.
To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must meet the following criteria: it should be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it provided you provide proof of damage within 3 days of delivery.

Items that are not eligible for return or exchange include gift cards, used items, items damaged due to misuse or negligence, clearance items, and unverified purchases.
When returning an item, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your return. We do not assume responsibility for stolen or lost packages during transit.
Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will send you an email informing you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Items with manufacturer defects are eligible for replacement with the same item. However, items that have been damaged due to misuse or gross negligence are not eligible for return or exchange. If your item(s) sustains damage during shipping, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift card equivalent to the current retail price, provided it meets our return policy eligibility standards.
